Bước 5: Đảo đến khi xôi với đường hòa quyện và đồng nhất thì cho nốt chỗ gừng còn lại vào đảo tiếp 1-2 phút thì tắt bếp, bắc ra. Rắc lạc và vừng lên trên.

– Khi đồ xôi mà thấy xôi bị khô thì bạn rưới thêm chút nước lên trên, xới tơi rồi đồ tiếp nhé.

– Chú ý khi còn ở trong nồi, chè phải hơi ươn ướt đổ ra là vừa nhé bạn, đừng đun lâu quá đấy.

– Bạn có thể điều chỉnh lượng đường để ăn ngọt tùy ý nhé và có thể thêm chút lạc vào chè nếu thích.
